User Account Deletion:

We respect your privacy and offer you the option to delete your personal data from our app. To initiate the account deletion process, contact our Support Team at customersupport@royallearning.in .

To protect your privacy and account security, we may need to verify your identity before processing the deletion request. The processing time for a valid account deletion request may vary, but we strive to complete the process within 15 days.

Please note that some data may remain in backup or archival copies for a limited period, solely for system backup and recovery purposes. Once an account is deleted, it cannot be reactivated; if you wish to use our app again, you'll need to create a new account.
